Sign this petition if you honestly believe that the provisional license holder prohibited vehicle laws for P1 and P2 in NSW are useless. The road statistic are PROOF there has been MORE P-Plater accidents since the laws were introduced, they should be removed and other policy that are actually affective should be put in place instead. http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/roadsafety/downloads/accident_statistics_dl4.html Road Fatality Statistics for young drivers are proof that the prohibited vehicles laws have had no affect. Road Accident Statistics 2005: Twenty-three per cent of all drivers and motorcycle riders involved in fatal crashes were young persons aged 17- 25, but this age group accounted for only 15% per cent of licence holders Road Accident Statistics 2008: Twenty-four per cent of all drivers and motorcycle riders involved in fatal crashes were young persons aged 17-25, but this age group accounted for only 14% per cent of licence holders. **This is personal opinion & statistic facts**
