Please sign this petition if you want WASHINGTON State to change its laws against dog owners who leave their dogs tethered. No dog should be left tied up to a tree or fence left to live out its life in misery. Washington State currently does not have any laws against protecting dogs from being forced into these horrible situations. Please sign this and help make a difference. Countless dogs are chained up and left in the rain, cold, heat, with no exercise or socializing. The state only requires there to be a shelter and food/water bowls. Lets work together to make a change and have penalties and regulations against such acts.
