Prohibit the use of animal blood to enhance skin tone from beige to red, light tan, tan, dark tan, bronze, light brown, brown, dark brown, black brown, black, ivory or any color. 

Place criminal charges upon the assailant of a "felony attempted murder".

When you are born IN THE FIRST PLACE you do NOT come out beet red, brown or black or tan. It is beige NO matter if you have the animals blood in your blood system.

The use of animal blood to alter your natural skin tone and DNA IS putting you at RISK of COPD, Stroke, Heart failure, Liver damage/failure, exhaustion, poor eye sight, weak bones, weak muscles, toe/finger nails to fall off, diabetes, possibly sickle trait & disease and eventually DEATH.

First of all the use of any other living organisms DNA into your blood will cause you DEATH earlier than what should be.

We do understand that some people are not aware of how it is done (restaurants personnel, hospital personnel and their family) are the ones who are Attempting to Murder. That is why a bill should be put in place to prohibit this use and charges placed.
