| 256 | Steve Goldstraw | Just saw someone on meet the press explain that Clinton's campaign plans to go all the way to the convention and Tim Russert said that Sen. Clinton seems to be doing this almost from a moral standpoint. That she feels so strongly that Obama is not electable and that she is the only one who can go up against the Republicans.
That is the same moral certitude, certainty, stubborness of judgement that turns me so against George W. Bush.
Regarding the Democratic nominating process Clinton's acting like SHE'S THE DECIDER. The one with the RIGHT MORAL JUDGEMENTS. This is the type of CERTITUDE I DO NOT WANT IN A PRESIDENT!!!!!
I want someone who is willing to "GOVERN FROM THE MIDDLE", who will talk with people with OPPOSING values and judgements to see where we MAY BE ABLE TO AGREE on the IMPORTANT serious situations we face. Someone who is willing to talk with people who hate us. |
| 257 | Al Fishman | The Obama campaign offers progressives both an opportunity and a challenge. We need to join with this new generation of voters who have joined the Obama campaign and we need to continue to put our own independent positions forward in a friendly and supportive manner. |

| 261 | Robert Naiman | Sen. Obama has pledged that as President he will engage in serious diplomacy with Iran. This could help bring about a decisive shift in U.S. foreign policy, helping to get the U.S. out of Iraq, and significantly contributing to efforts to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the conflict in Lebanon. |

| 263 | Linda Robertson | Sen. Barack Obama is the best candidate for President in 2008. He has written and articulated sound public policy statements that will, if implemented, effectively address many of the major issues challenging our country today. His willingness to end the Iraq war will be a significant first step in restoring America's reputation throughout the global community. Sen. Obama is a unifier and the most qualified presidential candidate to lead our country through the next four years. |

| 268 | Mary C. Miller | I am a 61 year old educated, white woman who is an "Obama mama" as my god-daughter calls me. The thought of another CLinton presidency revolts me.
Bill Clinton (and his alleged Co-President, Hillary) were huge disappointments to this lifelong Democratic babyboomer. They are megalomaniacs with no integrity and will do anything necessary .to regain the power they once had. I realize I will not be able to rent the Lincoln bedroom with this comment but maybe I will keep Mark Rich out of there as well!! |

| 271 | Stephen R. Keister M.D. | At age 86 I consider this to be the most vital election for the preservation of our nation since that of 1932.If the present course toward destruction of our way of life does not cease, I can imagine a parallel to that of Germany in the 1930s. I fear we are on the slippery slope toward fascism and have a strong feeling that Sen. Obama the nations last hope. |
| 272 | Michael Richards | Obama is more of a statesman/statesperson than Hillary will every be. He is such a gentleman - and gives us the facts as they are. Bill Clinton had his turn and I cannot help but think that if Hillary gets elected, he (Bill) will be DEEPLY involved. It is time for someone else - namely Barack Obams. |

| 282 | David Palmer | I am a dual citizen - US and Australia - supporting Obama. In Australia we want an end to endless wars - and a multilateral foreign policy by the US - AND justice in the Middle East. Obama at least says he will negotiate, talk with adversaries, and find alternatives to war. Our opposition to the US Iraq War was clear with election of Kevin Rudd and the ALP last year - we threw out the pro-Bush Howard government. Rudd and the ALP will work well with Obama and a Democratic US Congress. |

| 293 | James Israel | We here at the political satire Humor Times magazine love to laugh at politicians and candidates. But we know that in the end, there will be lots more to laugh about only if we avoid the path to destruction that the neocons have set us on. Politics is certainly the art of the possible, and the best candidate for the presidency that can actually win it is Barack Obama. Through his inspirational candidacy, people of all stripes are waking up and becoming active. Let's help get Obama in office, and then pressure him to do the right things with that awesome power. |
| 294 | Anonymous | The ugly truth about pent up black anger has been exposed this week. Too bad that the idiot former pastor is getting all this attention, however. Senator Obama is bi-racial, and regrettably, that fact is rarely mentioned. He represents both races in my opinion. I would like to see him proffer specific proposals on issues such as gas price gouging and inner city crime.

| 298 | Jeanni Tavlin | He has inspired those citizens who heretofore had no interest in voting to actively participate in the electoral process. The number of people attending his rallies far exceeded anybody's expectations. Barack Obama will bring people together and back to bringing America a government of, by and for Americans; instead of what we have had with GWB. |
