We, the homeowner's of Brownstone Manor Subdivision, as indicated in this petition; would like to terminate our current relationship with Progressive Management Association due to failure to execute agreed upon services in a timely and satisfactorily manner.

They have collected finances by means of yearly dues paid by each homeowner which is not being properly utilized for the improvements as discussed and agreed upon at the homeowner's association meetings and in concurrence with Association Board members.

Examples of Failure to execute:

1. A Neighborhood Watch was discussed and agreed upon, volunteers identified for training.
- No further notice, contact or communications with volunteers

2. Posting of Speed Limit signs placed at various locations within the subdivision.
- No further notice, contact or follow-up with homeowners

3. "Children at Play" signs posted in various locations within the subdivison.
- No further notice, contact or follow-up with home owners

4. Signs for homeowner's garage sales posted along highways, thoroughfares, etc. were not placed during the last garage sale held

5. The entrance to the subdivision has not been maintained as far as mowing, planting, and the normal upkeep

6. The sprinkler system and pump issues have not been dealt with for whatever reason at the subdivision entrance

7. At the meeting held on January 30, 2016, there was talk of another meeting to be held in two-three weeks to continue discussion on items, and that meeting never took place

We, the homeowner's of Brownstone Manor agree to let the Board members handle all business related issues from this point forward.
