We the undersigned ask the Football Federation of Australia to undertake a full time professional referees program not too dissimilar to that of the National Rugby League's wherein the referees undergo constant training and reviews with a full time professional referees coach to help stamp out the problems caused by what we feel is quite often sub par refereeing to go with the high standard of football currently being played
