This petition is to the IAAF to change their sanctions for track and field athletes who violate their doping policy. I propose that the IAAF suspend all professional track and field competition for 1 calendar year due to widespread drug use in the sport. Once competition resumes, any athlete that fails a drug test will receive a life time ban.
