Comments: my fiance is facing the same type of circumstance. he was unlawfully pulled over for being in the wrong neighborhood. his charges are in the process of being dismissed and he is still sitting on a p.o hold. he has been in jail for 67 days and his probation hearing is not scheduled for another month. by the time he even get to hear what he is facing as far as revokation he will have been sitting in jail for 102 days. no one will come and see him and no one will return my calls. it is rediculous that there are people out there commiting true crimes and he is being punished because his probation officer just doesn't like him.

Comments: I am in agreement, especially, this penal code should not apply to any individual who is not a threat to the community and especially those that are patiently and quietly paying off their restitutional responsibilities. This is an unjust penal code used by continuous vindictive corporations, practicing their vile unforgiving ways through this crude penal code.

Comments: the whole probation system is broken. there is no attempt at rehab. the system just tries to trap. if convicts lose hope they have nothing left to do but more crime, they need options not violations

Comments: how can we get SOMEONE to police the parole and probation departments i cannot believe all the stories i am seeing on-line regarding the politics and lies by the court system in nevada. it is bad enough that the cops can file such trumped up charges against young people but then they can't even get justice before a judge.

Comments: It's those people that are trying to get back on there feet and they get caught for something stupid like driving when they're just trying to get to work, and they get put back in jail.
