The NFL did play its first league All-Star Games (which later became known as the Pro Bowl) in Los Angeles. L.A.'s Wrigley Field hosted the first All-Star Game after the 1938 season. Gilmore Stadium in Los Angeles hosted the 1939 and 1940 All-Star Games following the respective NFL seasons. Now it's long overdue for the city of LA to have some professional football played in it ti'll it gets its own NFL team. Sure the Pro-Bowl isn't as exciting as it used to be and the level of excitement has declined dramatically but can you think of a better way to revitalize the pro-bowl than for it to be back in LA?
