   Comments: Outsourcing appears a good idea with great savings when first investigated but as with previous services the "REAL" picture does not emerge until, if we are lucky months, but more often then not years after when it is too late to cancel the contract, when our only option (in-house) has been disbanced and killed off, and when we have no alternative but to stay with a company who promise the world and are unable to deliver. Look at other authorities who use this contractor, see what they deal with, ask their residents NOT JUST the people who gave them the contract! THINK please before killing off another "as excellent as it can ever be" service.
