I live at Harry's Fish camp in SC....I am not allowed company in my home without  having them pay our landlord $10 (per head)  it doesn't matter if they are here for a hr visit, I pay my rent and I find this outrageous... I can't share Thanks-giving diner with my family in my home, Christmas nothing without having to pay $10 (per head) I have heard of people charging (Per car) but not 10$ (per person) and never have I seen this as a landlords clause.
