Read Steve Hoffman’s letter in Princeton Patch, that
calls into question conclusions reached by Avalon’s
consultant firm, Maser, that has done the site plans and
studies required for site plan approval. Steve is licensed
by the NJDEP in Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal,
Installation,Testing, as a Corrosion Specialist and as a
Subsurface Evaluator. His

Here’s the news on PCSN’s work to ensure that environmental
remediation at the hospital site occurs (attached are
environmental attorney Kleinbaum’s letters to municipal
officials). PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU KNOW OF ANY SEWER
ISSUES. THERE WERE SEWER OVERFLOWS FROM THE HOSPITAL ON
HENRY AVENUE 5-10 YEARS AGO. Avalon’s consultant
EcolSciences recommended subsurface investigations of
the sewers and old septic system.
