We the undersigned, support the homeowners, Russell and Stacey Adams, at 1576 Princess Circle and their current construction plans.  We understand this property may not be in compliance with the 28 ft height restriction due to the fact the architect was misinformed of building codes by Dekalb County.  Because of the property owners’ vested interest, we believe they should be able to continue as per the approved construction drawings.
