Please join me in signing this petition regarding the improper practices of Paid To Read Companies. These companies have been allowed to manipulate consumers with empty promises of payment. They only wish for you to upgrade, and then don't pay. These paid to read companies should be individually investigated to be sure they are reputable, and doing what they say they will do. I am asking for legislation imposing stiff fines and/or jail time for those which are found to be fraudulent.
