I have been fighting this case as Pro Sec for 5 years. Case # 07-CV-06627 in the Western District which went to Second Court of Appeals Case # 12-2498. Western Court Judge Siragusa awarded $1.00. Second Court of appeals asigned Case worker Jason Wang to me and he never answered his call or even thought to return my calls the case was closed due to that. Then they asign New Case Manager Margaret Lain, she contacted me with a letter tell me what I needed to do, at this time I informed her that I was taking Chemo she told me to take my time and get certain papers to her and I did, few weeks later I recieved back what I had sent her with this note attached "NOTICE OF NON-JURISDICTION" This is to acknowledge reciept of papers March 4, 2013, in the case referenced above. Because this case was mandated 11/14/2012, this Court no longer has jurisdition to ENTERTAIN your request. For this reason, your papers are returned unfiled. Below is breifly Fact in the case, Please support: FACTS IN TIDS CASE FOR THE COURTS: 1.) Priority Transportation LLC, hired me under "NO FORCE DISPATCH" on 9/5/2003. 2.) Mr. Michael Neilson (Defendant) that works for Priority Transportation, fired me refusal too transport load to Little Rock, Ark. 112/2007• 3.) I never received a separation notice, with reason for termination. 4.) I, Janice M. Price (plaintiff) only have been given one warning for hours of compliance with law log book, that lapse after six months. 5.) Always complied by their rules, (driver manager 1 priority) even to get the load to its destination without being in compliance with law. a.) Once I had a Doctor appointment, and the driver manager new that and still dispatch an load which, took me from Atlanta, GA., coke-cola to Cleveland, TN., to Montgomery, Ala., then having to travel to Valdosta, GA., to the doctor appointment. 6.) Mr. Michael Neilson knew that I had a heart attack as well as HIV. He used this day to get rid of me because; I was a liability for them. 7.) When driving as a team, I even delivered the load when the other drivers were not available. 8.) After the heart attack I return to work, the dedicated run was taken from me and given to another driver, with the driver manager stated that they only had to hold a SPOT as if I was animal. 9.) After I was fired with in a few months, I became homeless, sleeping in my car, then lost car, old truck stop running. Moved with different people couldn't stay there due to stress and depression had to leave there, put back in the streets. 10.) Moving from pillar to post, became homeless again loss my sense.o~worth, became sui~idal, a Church helped me to go to Behavior Health and Better Mood Clinic. T-cell count continue to drop due to the unstableness. Became friends with a Family in the same Church that help me to start over and try and turn my life around. 11.) Since 2007 I haven't been the same. Priority cause much trauma in my life. I don't understand I was HIV- positive the hold time I work for them, after the Heart Attack I became a liability. 12.) I averaged around $56,000 a year before taxes. With pain and suffering I ask the Counts to reward me in the amount 350,000.00 dollars. No-one should have to go through What Iwas put through without cause. I have suffered so much these past couple of years. Both courts have just shift me around to help this company.
