Dear all Moving forward into 2100, most children all over the world are learning faster. They are already mingling with gadgets such as mobile phones,etc. What is the right age to start with one I strongly believe that we can teach children to have ownership of a new gadget from Primary 3 level onwards at the age of 9. Seeking your support and feedbacks on this simple petition request from a divorced mother with ex-spouse having children's custody. He misused the care & control power. Furthermore,this hp can only be use at home after my daughter returns from school but my ex-spouse refuses to compromise. I even seek his understanding and suggest to him to allow her to use only on weekends before and after my access time but again it was turn down. She is now mentally,emotionally affected and even wanted to run away from school. I had to rush down in cab to stop her silly act. I dont know in near future will this happen again...
