Presidential Salary Initiative
We the taxpaying and voting undersigned, hereby believe that the President of the United States can and should forego the compensation [benefits allowed] for the position during his/her term in office. This job should be done gratis and for the people without any actual salaried compensation. However we do believe that once the President’s term is complete, he/she should receive full retirement benefits as specified by law and if desired, all the benefits.
We the people, deem it is fair and responsible for the President to work for the people at no compensation from them.
I therefore sign this petition to enact change in the current policy and to save money for the citizens of the United States.

They all make enough money already while the rest of us are struggling. About time someone put a stop to it and made them live like the rest of the country.
