I was on facebook sometime ago and I found a picture of this cute lil girl with braids in her hair. Then it was followed by the same little girl with her braids cut out. I was confused by this picture until, I followed up on it to find out that the hairdresser was not paid for her services and also had to bring the girl home. However, I also read that the little girl was home and the hairdresser called her outside and proceeded to cut her hair off, then posted these pictures of this childs face all over the internet without parental consent and thought it was justified. She has subjected this child to teasing and God knows what else. This petition is just to know if the public still cares for its children.
