Name: Joe Waldron on Feb 21, 2013Comments: Apartment buildings are notorious for increased calls for service on our police and EMS personnel. The increased traffic flow also needs to be looked at. I am not in favor of approving this complex until after the existing and current apartments being built are occupied.Flag

Name: Donna DeSopo on Feb 21, 2013Comments: Isn't it time for the mayor to focus on neglected areas of Hendersonville and provide the citizens with infrastructure (street lights, proper drainage, repaired roads etc.) that we are paying taxes for yet still have no resolve? We have too many apartments in our city already. If you go to the Publix off of Caldwell Dr and Long Hollow, you will find police officers standing near the sliding door entrance due to a major uptick in crime stemming from the large completed apartment complex off Dickerson Rd. It's only a matter of time before we see this in Hendersonville. It's time for us to follow Brentwood's lead. Read about how we can STOP poor planning for good.
