Name: Mandie Nimitz on Jan 14, 2013Comments: To whom it may concern, I was born in Nashville and raised in Brentwood since 1978. I've watched Nashville & Brentwood grow over the last 30+ years. I do believe there are some positive changes that we can propose to keep Brentwood current, progressing, and increase city dollars. However, I believe re-zoning and large high-density developments will have a tremendous impact on traffic and, therefore, loss of quality of life and time with family. Moreover, I hope to maintain the quaint culture we have developed in our little community. Respectfully, Mandie NimitzFlag

Name: Jeannie Vraciu on Jan 14, 2013Comments: Traffic at that intersection is a concern. We don't want to end up like the traffic nightmare in Greeen Hills. Apartments are also a concern. What happened to the one acre density philosophy that has served Brentwood well and made it a wonderful place to live?Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 14, 2013Comments: traffic at intersection of Maryland Way and Franklin Rd is already awful. this can only make it much worse. I don't understand how the planning department can approve this without some attention to the impact on the traffic flow in such a vital part of Brentwood.Flag

Name: John Calton on Jan 14, 2013Comments: Slow Down! Please conduct a truly independent traffic study. Please study the affects of Tapestry's 400 apartments before adding more high density residential. Please consider rezoning this to C2. It will give the city more revenue, give citizens more retail and dining options, etc. Plus, it will lesson the impact on traffic that a project with only office buildings will have. It will distribute traffic throughout the day as C4 does. It is a win-win. Slow down and think about it.Flag
