Arizona has an unique history. from the early inhabitants, the sinagua, yavapai our early settlers, ranchers and farmers. The history of Arizona crosses over from the ancient to the recent past at places like the Woo Ranch near Sedona where Pictographs are abundant on the Red Rocks and the remains of a once thriving cattle ranch peacefully co-exist. The historical buildings are in dire need of restoration, and would be restored and maintained at no cost to the tax payer, yet the USFS claims that they do not want the liability. Liability that they have not defined. We petition to have "liability" defined and to let the restoration of the Woo Ranch begin
