   Comments: Keeping these "DARE" and "JUST SAY NO" programs in the schools should be a must. Law Enforcement or the Government should see to it that someone is hired to keep a position like this filled and keep the Programs going. I remember when "DARE" was in our school system, when my children were young, I thought it was a great program!! They would actually come home and tell me about the things that really caught their attention, which shows they were listening. They need to learn about this abuse beginning in Elementary School, like beginning in the 4th to 5th grade and continue it through High School !! I honestly feel that the most interesting ones to listen to as speakers are former addicts. They can tell the stories that can really hit home for some people. It may be those speakers that save lives.
