Winding River is a small rural community - their police budget can't cover the area effectively. They also cannot be without volunteer fire and rescue services, which have refused to work due to the unsafe highway conditions. The province has created the issue and profits from it. The province is currently twinning the highway but it won't be done for years. Premier Redford please deploy some peace officers to deal with this until the highway is twinned. Too many innocent people are losing their lives.
