Name: Richard Fisher on May 9, 2007Comments: This isn't too far removed from the sub-prime mortgage problem that is plaguing the country right now. Allowing these predators to prey on unsuspecting individuals under the guise of "helping them rebuild their credit" is almost as agregious as the mortgage companies allowing no-doc financing to individuals who simply need to produce a business card to get a loan.Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 12, 2007Comments: we need protection from scams while we are so vulnerable. People are recovering from a loss, and begining to feel the release from the weight of debt, to then e told we can not rebuild our credit wiyhout having a credit card is, on the same level as a funeral person selling $10,000 coffen to those without even enough money to pay for even the lesser, taking advantage of those who are dealing with the loss.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 30, 2007Comments: There must be a special place in hell for the creditor Predators stalking the citizens of the US from poor to rich. Like snakes they are lurking there enticing, baiting you with convenient credit which you probably couldn't afford.. which quickly rises to loanshark levels with sneaky fees and jacked up interest rates (even posting payments as "late"). Then when you are in over your head,. they move in for the kill with their LLC's & mercenary lawyers. while forced into the ordeal of bankrupcy.. they are busy plotting how to do it to you again. And they had a little help from their politician & judicial friends..Flag
