Luke 23:35 The tragic event at Virginia Tech University on Monday, April 15th, 2007 has been a turning point in my life and my passion for getting prayer back into the public schools, colleges, and universities. The meaningless acts of a depraved world are upon on us and yet we stand and do nothing - well it\'s time to get the POWER OF PRAYER back into our educational system. If they can teach our kids about the reprocussions of sexual activity, drug usage and drinking then we as followers of Jesus Christ can teach our world about the reprocussions of not having prayer in the educational systems in this country. This tragic event and many others still yet to come can only be conquered with the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. First step, getting the powerful message of prayer back in the minds and heart of our youth. Where do we start One student at a time, one teacher at a time, one school at a time, one day at a time and one season at a time. I\'m pleading with each parent, teacher, pastor, church, student and followers of Jesus Christ to sign this petition and let\'s regain the love of Jesus Christ back into our schools and lives of our youth.
