On June 25, l962, 39 million students were forbidden to do what they and their predecessors had been doing since the founding of our nation – publicly calling upon the name of the Lord at the beginning of each school day. Prayer-the very thing whether any one believes in Christ or not is what got all of through. Our ancestors made it up to this day by prayer. In God We trust was what the United States believed in but yet we still are a divided race. In the courts it was talked about not using that famous term anymore. Even the coins are being printed with out "In God We Trust". When someone is sworn in they are usually sworn in under the bible, the highest oath known to man. This website was built to take back what carried us. I urge you to fight harder to re-instae prayer back into public schools. Why can private Christian Academies use principals based on God and Prayer and succeed better than the children in public schools? God is the ruler and maker of this world and if we can't rely on Him then who can we put our trust in? Man always fails, it's bee proven since prayer was taken out of the schools. This will be the newest movement to demand that prayer be given back. If many of us are ready to accept ulterior lifestyles such as homosexuality where they can express their views and opinions and are allowed to have equal rights under the law and in the sight of God, why can't we be allowed a moment of prayer ?
