The Huber Heights city ordinance code (351.03) part (a) which allows HHPD to give warnings/citations to those who park illegally on a sidewalk, curb or street lawn area, except a bicycle. Which also includes vehicles that have been parked in their respected driveways. This petition is to have this ordinance refined to where any vehicles parked in their respected driveways can not be given a warning/citation under this city ordinance code (351.03) part (a) If you have any questions please feel free to ask thank you.
