The City Council and Mayor of Virginia Beach has declined to get back to me on my offer to honor their Chief of Police by providing POW-MIA Decals for their Police Cars in the memory of his brother lost to us in Viet Nam. They had the Deputy Chief of Police contact me and I was advised this was not appropriate and the bottom line is that this may offend someone. It is a shame that a city cannot display a symbol which represents all those left behind and unaccounted for from all wars back to the Revolutionary War.
