The Hemel Hempstead Town Centre Partnership together with Dacorum Borough Council are applying for Hemel Hempstead to be one of twelve Towns in Britain to be one of Mary Portas pilots. Winning Towns will receive up to £100k and also guidance from Mary Portas, to help boost the vitality of the Town through implementing much needed initiatives to improve the success of Hemel Hempstead Town Centre “High Street”.
