This is a proposal to allow us to have at least 10-15 guest tickets available for our 3rd Degree - or 2ube Extra if you must - showcases. There are many reasons for calling for this: - Many of us come from broken families, which doesn't seem to have been accounted for as then 4 tickets are already taken up. - Many of us have friends and family coming up to stay, who booked their tickets well in advance of this decision being made especially for the foreign students among us. - There is most certainly a LIPA bubble (where only LIPA students really follow LIPA bands, go to their gigs and such), from which most of us are trying to break free. This is also encouraged by lecturers. Then, if we aren't allowed to really invite people outside of LIPA, and encourage them to come to our gigs - especially one in a massive venue like the PMA, what's the point? - There have been a great number of LIPA students who have expressed their willingness to Steward for a night for free, if we all pitched in and did this, this would erase the "No money for stewards" argument.
