We don't know who the manager is of the water. He does not send water bill out for months. He pick the payments up from Kittrell Grocery late the charge late fees. He will not return any phone calls. If he does it'll late. Does not do what was agreed. Never communicate with the residences. Very poor management for being in charge water bill.

Shelley Thornton, United States1 year ago Comments: He never turned the water off like we agreed. I was in and out of the hospital seven times in four months. April 1st. I was staying with family. Therefore, we agree to turn the water off April 29th. Last year I didn't get a bill for four months, but I still paid $50.00 anyway. We had until the 20th of each month before late charges was added. He would pick the bills up from Kittrell Grocery after the 20th and then add late fees to the bills. We don't know who he is. He will not return phone call to the residences. I think he need s to adjust my bill.
