The city has officially rejected the development plans for Pond House. I am feeling completely drained but relieved because the conservation area will stay as it is for now. We earned this result and I will be keeping a close eye on the site to ensure they honor the decision.

Seeing this much support for the house is both humbling and exhausting. It is clear that the fight against this development resonates with many more people than I initially imagined. I am tired but I am not stopping.

lived here 20 years and its already getting too crowded. keep milldenhall road like it is.
please dont destroy pond house. its iconic.
TOTAL SHAME. The council just cares about money and not the history of our neighborhood. Stop the build.
The character of clapton pond is ruined once you put a block of flats there. bad plan.
Traffic is already a nightmare on that road. adding more units is just asking for trouble. ridiculous idea.

This whole area is historic and beautiful. We really dont need more ugly condos blocking the view. Leave it alone.
