- Ensure UK energy spending, including through the World Bank, support access to renewable, safe, reliable and affordable energy for the world's poorest communities.
- Ensure the government departments work together to produce a strong emissions reduction planthat:
- Unlocks local and community energy
- Cuts energy waste in homes
- Tackles emissions and air pollution from vehicles
