Polaroid Flat Panel televisions including but not limited to model TDX-03211C and manufactured within but not specific to the years 2007 - 2009 have a consumer history of smoking and catching fire. Polaroid refuses to acknowledge this issue and the potential danger it poses to the consumer who may own them and may or may not be aware of the fire hazard the product poses. This petition demands that Polaroid acknowledges this issue, issues a recall of all affected products and replaces or repairs them at no cost to the consumer.

My tv started smoking last week. smelled burning plastic everywhere. scared the heck out of my kids. polaroid needs to pay up and fix this before a house burns down.
