Wouldn't you like to see it happen? Now usually when a game that is apart of a successful series is announced to become more multiplayer or focused on player interaction, things look bleak. For certain games where many characters are all competing, working toward one goal, etc. it could work. As you all may know, in Pokemon countless trainers constantly battle against each other and work towards defeating the Champion at the end of their journey, so a Pokemon MMO could work.
