i'm expanding on kratos1010 idea of GOLD+ ppl being able to mute someone. If someone is spamming the box, the GOLD+ should be able to vote on whether or not he should be muted, and if a certain amount of ppl agree, he gets muted for around 15-45 minutes depending on the amount of votes he gets, 2 to mute for 15min, 3 for 20, 4 for 30.
