I am a member of a craft forum where we swap ATCs which we send to each other through the post. We have found that a substantial amount of these letters/packages are either not arriving, getting damaged or opened in transit. also someone has had their mail intercepted and other items put in the package instead and posted on. People have informed their P/Os who have not been interested, therefore I am setting up this petition to show the P/O that it\'s a major problem and we will no longer put up with it. After all we must be spending a fortune on stamps!!
