My sister has POA over my mother. She won't account for mom's money in any way. She is using undue influence and control over mom. I would like to see bank statement and reciept to show where mom's monies are going, she won't provide such. She won't let some members of the family see, talk or take mom anywhere unless she is involved (she's there to know what's going on). She influlences mom on what to say and do which mom has told me she didn't like. She is video taping and audio taping anything that visitor to the house do and say to mom while she (poa) is working; her mental son is in charge of the above. She leaves her mental son alone with mom while she's a work in the evening. (Not a good thing, I will elebrate if needed.) Something needs to be done; I wish to have control of mom's bank acct. and she needs to know she can't control mom's every moment.
