   Comments: THERE IS NOT ONE GOOD REASON ON THIS EARTH TO HAVE PUPPY MILLS. WE HAVE ENOUGH ANIMALS IN THIS WORLD WHO GET KILLED EVERY DAY BECAUSE NOONE WANTS THEM. THEN YOU HAVE MONEY HUNGRY HUMANS THAT TREAT THEM LIKE TRASH AND THROUGH THEM AWAY WHEN THEY ARE OF NO USE. YOU CAN'T JUSTIFY IT SO WHY AREN'T YOU DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THIS DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY HARD DISCUSSION. NOONE NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE PUPPY MILL BREEDERS SIDE OF THIS. WE DON'T NEED ANY MORE ANIMALS IN THIS WORLD WE NEEDTO TAKE CARE OF WHAT WE HAVE. GOVERNOR TAFT WHY DO YOU LET THIS GO ON. WHY HAVEN'T YOU DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT IN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LOOKING AFTER THIS WORLD. YOU ARE OUR LEADER DO SOMETHING!!!!!

    Comments: I can't believe people would allow this to happen. We send Mike Vick to jail for mal-treatment of dogs, but yet it happens everyday in every state!! It needs to stop! Many of these dog are mal-nurished, have poor hygiene, and killed as soon as they are no longer able to reproduce! It needs to stop and needs to stop NOW
