Comments: But a Stop to this control of the IP limit now before its to late and you are setting the in front of the computer working or looking up info on the web. And does this mean you get to pay the same fees and less service or is it or will your monthly Bill be lowered or do you pay more for less deal here.

Comments: This is total nonsense. This petition is signed, and it is making me want to get involved in municipal politics to get the fibre pulled into our area to get that last mile out of the hands of the incumbents.

Comments: UBB is simply an attempt to keep Video Revenue for cable co and Telco companies high. It is anti-competative and should be stopped. These companies should be "dumb pipes" and regulated like any other utility.

Comments: While bandwidth caps are not inherently bad it is how they are implemented that is the issue. With inaccurate bandwidth meters that grossly favor AT&T(that do not take into account DSL and ATM overhead for starters) and being only a small fraction of potential usage 150GB on a 6000kb(750KB/s download 96KB/s upload speed (as sold in practice about 600KB/s download and 75KB/s upload) so that even limiting total traffic to 75KB/s will result in hitting the bandwidth cap in 20 days. Its like having a 1300 mile long road with a 65MPH speed limit but only being able to go 250 miles on it a day. If the caps were 4 to 6 times higher along with proper bandwidth meters maybe they would be more acceptable but there is another fact that AT&T fails to mention that bandwidth is getting cheaper not more expensive and short of huge portions of the internet structure getting physically destroyed we will not be running out of bandwidth anytime soon.

Comments: Metering without an accurate meter is just plain bad business. I will leave AT&T if they can't measure my usage correctly.

Comments: I think this is totally unfair to have different limits if I'm using one of their service over a competitor! 250GB for u verse but if I use netflix I only get 150GB. Wait till someone writes a program to send useless data to IP addresses of AT&T customers! Wouldnt this allow someone to get billed for me sending them trash to their IP Address? I think so.

Comments: They should higher the bandwidth for those that have a faster package because we get there faster. I myself stream HD videos to justin.tv (ingame video) and I go over the limit by alot. With youtube videos and other media sources having HD media streams available alot more people are going to be going over the limit.

Comments: Do we have timers on T.V. sets that limit how much television we watch? No. we wouldnt exactly be living "free".. and besides with so many blue collar jobs being replaced by robots/automations how do you expect anyone to pay for something like a megabite limitation? The economy sucks because the jobs are gone. Create a job create a person who can support his economy by putting hard earned cash/credit back into it.
