Comments: Metered billings are not the way to go, and I sure hope they get rid of it completely. You will lose customers if this happens. The limits are way too low and even 250GB is too low as it is.

Comments: This is all just a racket to discourage use of Internet Video, since these ISPs are usually in the cable TV business too.

Comments: I want to opt-out of the petition and encourage AT&T to proceed as planned and impose over usage caps to the rest of its coverage footprint. AT&T needs to impose over usage caps as fast as possible and to expand to other markets beyond Reno, NV and Beaumont, TX in a timely manner. Thank You

Comments: With a fixed income, 2 kids, and no option for good television, we often watch TV online & play games online. We cannot get a dish or cable where we live, and U-Verse is not deployed yet. We can ill use another limitation on top of speed as it is. NO METERED BANDWIDTH PLEASE!

Comments: It is beyond reason that a company should be able to cap bandwidth. Internet Access should have an unlimited quantity; but be charged by the speed in which you want to have access. I can see special circumstances, but to impose limits on everyone is crazy.

Comments: Ther is no bandwith acrolypolis coming it is not running out. thats why they are building up there network to offer faster speeds from the money that we pay them. This is just a greed thing. One more way for big corporations to pay there top execs $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ when they need to spend that money on somthing else. to many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

Comments: This will create an unfair advantage on the part of the ISP provider, to force you to use their content services by biasing the cost of competitors content. ie. HULU downloads will count against your allotment, but VOIP and IP TV download from the ISP provider will not. Unfair at best, illegal at worst.

Comments: I think they just want to stick it to the hardcore internet users. Most people will never go over 20gb and some never over 1gb. Then there are others that can do that in a night. I know I have used over 10gb in a day but rairly do, but as more and more goes online I only see my usage getting higher.
