Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is collecting taxs from all residents but not providing basic services at all. Traffic police are as NAZIS they ruling pune traffic as their own property. No One is taking responsibilitis for illegall constructions. City roads are in very bad conditions. We are paying taxes and we are sufferring from all these and many more factors. Who is to blame ??
