There are many of us who live on Capitol Hill who also are dog owners. There are also a large amount of us who are unable to take our dogs to Plymouth Pillars off-leash dog park because of the crushed-gravel surface. A few leaps and bounds is all it takes for some dogs to leave the park with cuts and bloody paws. We shouldn't have to take our dogs somewhere else with a grass surface as all of them are too far for people without cars. Please sign this petition to change the surface from crushed-gravel to grass and allow all dogs to play without pain!
