we have sold a plot to a person however deal was incomplete and that party has sold the plot to builder. We have taken objection with municpal authority for building plan. 7/12 extract had our name, out of 500 sq.ft we have built up house of 330 sq.ft. we have sold only ground floor rights ie built up to party as moved out of city. and were expecting to go back. Also, we have not recieved entire renumeration for plot. it was way back in 2003. Now, not sure what should be done, as builder has managed to remove our name from 7/12 extract this month. and municpal corporation is not giving us proper response. Can some one guide me in this regards, or provide me link which i can refer. Thanks and Regards
