We, the undersigned, pledge NOT to spend any of our hard-earned recreation money in the State of South Carolina.

Governor Nikki Hayley has offended workers, union members, and the Middle Class at large with her thoughtless comments regarding unionized employers and union members. Her insistence that union employers and union jobs are NOT needed or welcome in South Carolina is incredibly insulting to both working people and people of South Carolina in need of good jobs. She has obviously been influenced by her rich corporate campaign contributors and no longer cares about the wages and benefits of South Carolina’s working families. Her contributors have come to mean more to her than her constituents.

We, the undersigned, likewise pledge to tell our families, friends, co-workers, and internet contacts to also avoid spending recreation money in South Carolina. We pledge to spread this information in any and all forms, be they spoken, written, email, blog or broadcast.

We understand that this action affects you directly. We urge you to contact Governor Hayley and make her understand that her words and actions have negatively impacted you and the State of South Carolina. She may be reached at:
