All we want is a bit of waving! We all know kids who love to wave at the drivers of these big fun vehicles, but hardly anyone waves back. :( By collecting signatures, we aim to highlight to large vehicle operators the joy they can bring to children with just a little wave! The ultimate aim of this petition is to get waving incorporated as a standard duty and responsibility for the operators of road sweepers/lorries/tractors/refuse wagons/ambulances (non emergency) who could easily wave back when kiddies wave at them. If you're one of these drivers, you'll totally make a toddlers day, so wave!!!! please. If you're a manager of a fleet of vehicles, we want you to add it to the job description of your drivers. If you are part of a borough/city/county or district council and have a fleet of service vehicles, then here's a way to add a municipal service FOR FREE! We'd all love you for it!
