To the children of the world we ask for your forgiveness for our apathy and reluctance to seriously address the ravages of Human Development. Where we have been blind to the truth; hypnotised by consumerism and technology; too weak too stand up to those who have led us to the brink; we pray that you will not make the same mistakes; that you will have the strength to end the onslaught of the industrialists; end the cycle of want want want; learn to give nature the respect it deserves and restore the balance; if Mother Earth is continually forced to do it she will not be kind. The way will not be easy but for those who make it, Heaven could be here. Please forgive us.
