Our assessments have risen more than 100% in the last seven years, we cannot continue at this rate. We the property owners are at the point of not being able to pay the assessments any longer if they continue to rise.

What you must understand, at the present trend, there will be property owners who may choose to walk away from their life long investments simply because they can no longer afford to stay in their homes.
