I am starting this petition because my request for a business permit was refused due to their issues with a past practice and a neighbor protesting against me which I believe is discrimination and I should not be penalized for someone else’s mistakes operating their practice. There is a huge demand for a quiet, comfortable home based grooming business in Corner Brook, Massey Drive and Surrounding Areas.
