All this petition is asking for is asking the City of Hattiesburg, MS, to please add a traffic light at the intersection of Montague Avenue and North 38th Street. If not a traffic light, AT LEAST please make it a 4 -way stop in order to decrease congestion and allowing more time to cross. Many of the people crossing are students, and have been late for classes due to such bad traffic congestion trying to cross the intersection.
